Keller Williams Realtor Sharon Goetz, blogging on Trulia Voices, posted IPhone real estate app recommendations of Lowe’s Daily Real Estate News. How many of these features does your app offer? Your real estate listing site does have mobile apps, right?
There were a couple we hadn’t looked at before:
WhereRHomes finds nearby homes for sale, homes in the foreclosure process and even homes for rent. It will deliver up to 25 results. It’s quick, easy and customizable.
While Redfin’s IPhone app is only in about 10 major metro areas of the US, consumers in those locations can find homes with photos and then add their own photos and notes to the listings.
Homes.com lets you search for a property by MLS number, among other standard features.
