Trulia says it’s the No. 1 lead generator
Trulia is tooting its horn this week with some new data that the company says on its corporate blog puts it in the No. 1 spot in terms of lead generation.
Trulia’s data is coming from Threewide’s ListHub, a network for listing distribution which works with MLS’s, franchises and brokers. Threewide analyzed about 600,000 listings sent from MLS’s and brokers to 16 large real estate sites in October.
Says Threewide: Trulia generated the most leads in the period with almost 12,500, totally about 30 percent of all client leads. The second closest competitor (not named) had 15 percent and the third runner up was at 12 percent of leads.
Trulia also had the highest percentage of redirected traffic – 35 percent of all traffic sent to ListHub clients.
