Australian commercial property portal, RealEstateCommercial.com.au is adding another commercial property website, PrimeSite.com.au, to its portfolio. It joins the company’s other sites HousesOnline.com.au, Repv.com.au, LocationLocationLocation.com.au, and RealEstateCommercial.asia, All sites are currently in beta with full release planned for July.

RealEstateCommercial.com.au will be for agent listings only, while PrimeSite.com.au will be for agents and private sellers of businesses, commercial properties for sale and lease.

RealEstateCommercial.com.au will compete with REA Group owned RealCommercial.com.au which was established in July 2002.

RealEstateCommercial.com.au has some 15,000 listings in Australia. The company said that in the last quarter, the site saw a 75 percent increase of property listings, and a 43 percent growth in visitors to the website.
