Geebo offers free job listings in May

Geebo, a Craigslist style classifieds service that offers free listings except for employment is now making posting a job for free too, at least for the month of May. Job listings usually cost employers $75 per post. Employers will be able to post an unlimited amount of listings.

The company is making a big deal over its offer, calling it “an act of goodwill” in “tough economic times” unlike “other job boards concerned with their personal bottom line.”

It’s also a good marketing tactic.

Geebo covers San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, Washington, DC, and Seattle.
