JobCircle, EQuest add Twitter job apps
Another day, another Twitter job app. Here are two more:
The first is from JobCircle.com, a mid-Atlantic job board which is calling it their Social Media Recruitment Pack. The aim is to allow companies to create privately-branded Twitter jobs channels, where they can tweet their open positions to the Twitter audience.
Posting jobs to Twitter is old hat by now, so JobCircle also distributes clients’ jobs to some 160 vertical and industry niche job channels established by JobCircle.com, in addition to 40+ vertical aggregator job sites like Indeed, SimplyHired, TopUSAJobs, and others.
A second company now with Twitter functionality is EQuest which is adding TwitterJobSearch.com to its network of job boards through FreeBUG, or Free Board User Group. EQuest customers can use FreeBUG for a small fee. FreeBUG’s list of job boards turned more than 7 million candidates into eQuest customers during 2008.
