Social media creates value for business, Careerbuilder CEO says
Even though social-media platforms seem to struggle for the right business models, that doesn’t mean they don’t create value for the businesses that use them.
“These things will allow people to collaborate in ways that will make them more productive,” Matt Ferguson, CEO of Careerbuilder.com, was quoted at the Detroit Economic Club’s National Summit on Wednesday.
Crain’s Detroit Business covered the summit. Ferguson and several other execs were in a panel on talent management and the upcoming “millennial” workforce, when the discussion turned to social media.
