New services at Redfin

A slew of new services at online real estate broker Redfin:

– Partner agents can now communicate through a Web dashboard.

– Text matching will fix misspelled searches.

– Upgraded neighborhood statistics include graphs showing changes in inventory and whether homes sold above or below the asking prices.

– The number of listings and homes sold in an area is now separated by house and condo, and includes a year-by-year comparison.

– Listing alerts and RSS options have been beefed up.

We’d refer you to check out the Redfin site but it’s currently down due to “network problems.” Someone’s 4th of July prank?
