Trulia introduces new features and pricing plans
Real estate search and network site Trulia.com just announced the expansion of its Trulia Pro real estate advertising product into three plans: Trulia Pro Deluxe Trulia Pro Plus and Trulia Pro Starter. All plans offer real estate professionals one featured listing, a Local Spotlight ad for up to 20 locations, and a featured profile in the site’s professional directory.
Trulia Pro Deluxe introduced the automatic creation of virtual tours on Trulia for listings with multiple photos and open-rate tracking on listing performance e-mails to clients. Trulia Pro Plus allows for unlimited featured listings and a Local Spotlight Ad that promotes either a specific listing or the subscriber’s professional services.
“After launching Trulia Pro in 2008, we received great feedback from real estate professionals about how it increased their online exposure and connected them with more potential clients,” said Sami Inkinen, COO and co-founder of Trulia, in the announcement. “However, there were two divergent requests that we heard over and over again: one was to adjust Trulia Pro to fit the needs of agents with one or no listings; the second was to build a more advanced solution with additional features. This expansion of the Trulia Pro product line addresses each of these requests while providing fantastic exposure in front of Trulia’s 5.5 million monthly unique visitors.”
Trulia’s user-friendly search can also be accessed on more than 170 media partner Web sites that include U.S. News & World Report, The Washington Post, and The Bakersfield Californian.
