PlanetRE enables mobile real estate search
PlanetRE, an online real estate technology provider, just announced its new mobile convergence portal and content management system, branded for agents and brokers. This new portal, an add on to the current MIDAS Front Office, launched first for IPhone. It enables consumers to use their smart phone devices to perform property searches and map searches with a feature called Consumer Mashup.
Consumers can use a single URL to visit branded broker/agent mobile sites and perform searches by radius, GPS, monthly payments or address. The results contain detailed property information and picture carousels, with the help of MLS data. Using the Mashup feature grid and a simple touch, consumers can get all sorts of neighborhood information around a given property instantly on their smart phones. These include schools, demographics, crime, walk scores, Yelp local reviews, Zillow Zestimates, major search engine listings, Craigslist and many more as customized by the agent. Consumers can instantly SMS, email or call the agent from their mobile devices or share the findings with their friends.
“This mobile convergence portal puts the power back in to the hands of the agent to influence the consumer,” said PlanetRE CEO Subrao Shenoy, in the announcement. “It creates ‘stickiness’ to come back again and again to an agent’s mobile portal, to find comprehensive information around home, search in one place and communicate with the agent without latency.”
PlanetRE is a Silicon Valley-based privately held SaaS vendor providing online multi-tenent Enterprise software to the real estate industry, included consumer search, CRM, transaction and financial management.
