Billing itself as the only Twitter application focused on real estate listings, Tweetlister may be taking itself beyond free to a paid Pro model for agents and brokers. Launched May, 2009 as a free product for real estate professionals and their buyers and sellers, Tweetlister offers agent profiles, 140-character listings, photos and hyperlinks at no charge. Tweetlister founders are Lloyd Chrein, Mark Schleimer and Prerak Parich. Chrein is a former freelance journalist for Wall Street Journal and Money Magazine, and adjunct journalism professor at Columbia University Graduate School. Schleimer is a real-estate-focused Web developer for WeAreVirtuallyEverywhere.com. Parikh is a software developer at E-Builder. They have worked together for a decade, building online real estate products.
