Tweet your real estate listing with Tweetlister.com

Billing itself as the only Twitter application focused on real estate listings, Tweetlister may be taking itself beyond free to a paid Pro model for agents and brokers. Launched May, 2009 as a free product for real estate professionals and their buyers and sellers, Tweetlister offers agent profiles, 140-character listings, photos and hyperlinks at no charge. Now there’s an announcement of enhanced listings, free for a limited time. Enhancements include:

   1. Additional photos (up to 5)

   2. Full Property Description
   3. Up to 10 custom Property Feature fields
   4. Custom link tags with Follow-Me Links for added SEO power
   5. Useful tools, including Mortgage Calculator, School Reports, Google Maps, and Walk Score™
   6. Broker/Owner Photo, Contact Information, Bio, and Custom Page showing all your listings
   7. Ability to add multiple broker profiles, so that agencies can associate different listings with different brokers
   8. Ability to associate multiple Twitter accounts with one master account

Tweetlister founders are Lloyd Chrein, Mark Schleimer and Prerak Parich. Chrein is a former freelance journalist for Wall Street Journal and Money Magazine, and adjunct journalism professor at Columbia University Graduate School. Schleimer is a real-estate-focused Web developer for WeAreVirtuallyEverywhere.com. Parikh is a software developer at E-Builder. They have worked together for a decade, building online real estate products.
