Sales Simplicity real estate CRM goes mobile

Chandler, Ariz.-based Simplicity Software, provider of sales automation, CRM, and eMarketing software for the builder, developer, and senior-living sectors, just announced the release of mobile applications for smart phones and Web-enabled mobile devices including Iphone, Blackberry and Google’s Android.

With its new mobile app, users can now access customer data, view option selections, view offers, create counter-offers, view margin and markup data, and even approve contracts right from their mobile devices. The product is a direct result of requests from the company’s 255 corporate clients, who wanted better lookup and approval functionality on the road.

To access the new Sales Simplicity mobile app, users simply click the link in their e-mail alert. Sales Simplicity now bundles all apps for each user onto one tab-based dashboard. Each user can view margins and approve contracts wherever they are, whatever they are doing.

“For any leading-edge CRM system, you can’t be taken seriously if you don’t have a strong set of mobile features,” said Barry Forbes, Sales Simplicity’s President, in the announcement.  “Today, Sales Simplicity is the only builder, developer, and senior-living-focused CRM with these mobile features. What’s more, the new functionality is just one offering in a series of new offerings we have rolled out in 2009. We expect that pace of development to continue in 2010.”
