Teamed with commercial real estate marketing company Catylist, the Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin, Inc. just announced its new Wisconsin Commercial Information Exchange. Debuted January 14, the WCIE site includes commercial real estate sale and lease listings by its Realtor members, and a public interface for companies, investors and other professionals that seek local commercial real estate.

Catylist brings a lot to the table – its CommercialIQ site, a U.S. commercial real estate exchange, and distribution channels that include Google, Vast, REBusinessOnline.com, Commercial Source, Oodle and about 30 others.  WCIE listings will migrate to these sites as well.

Based in Chicago, Ill., the seven-year old Catylist’s clients include 30 real estate associations and hundreds of real estate companies such as Re/Max, Grubb & Ellis, Sperry Van Ness, Colliers International, and Prudential Commercial Real Estate
