Cars.com to offer news, trends, Webinar at NADA convention
Cars.com just announced that it will provide dealers with news updates live from the 93rd annual NADA convention in Orlando, Fla. A daily video recap will offer convention highlights feature advice from dealers and industry experts. A live webinar at noon EST on Feb. 19 will recap top auto news and highlight industry trends to watch in 2010.
“Given the current challenges in automotive retail, we want to help dealers – especially those who can’t attend the convention – stay on top of the conversation,” said Mitch Golub, president at Cars.com, in the announcement. “The industry issues and trends discussed during these few days at NADA will shape our success in the months ahead. It’s critical that we both understand and know how to act on them.”
The webinar will be hosted by Michael Page, Cars.com VP of advertising products, who will be joined by Steve Finlay, editor of Ward’s Dealer Business; Jeff Kershner, founder of DealerRefresh.com; and Ralph Ebersole, a Cars.com automotive consultant.
This year marks the 12th consecutive year that Cars.com has exhibited at the NADA convention, which opens this Friday and continues through Feb. 15. The theme for the annual event is “Vision for Tomorrow.”
