HomeGain award club members reach $100 mil commissions
Real estate marketing firm HomeGain just announced that its commissions-based award clubs for its AgentEvaluator product now has 900 HomeGain members, who’ve earned over $100 million dollars worth of real estate commissions since the company’s founding in 1999. The AgentEvaluator marketing program for real estate professionals helps put agents together with buyers and sellers, help prepare proposals, offers a local agent spotlight, text message alerts, a HomeGain University, and the support of a HomeGain regional manager.
It is important to note that this $100 million figure is based on AgentEvaluator product commission only. It does not include the value of actual home sale transactions, or of additional home sales as a result of other HomeGain products.
“HomeGain has been a great referral source for us throughout our careers,” Robert Gosalvez & Gary Shapiro of Intero Real Estate Services in California, said in the announcement. “We recently became Diamond level referral agents; as a result, we’ve been going on more buyer and seller interviews. More often than not, we are successful in taking the listing once we’ve had the opportunity to interview or been selected to help the buyer, so HomeGain has played a large part in our success.”
HomeGain is recognizing its Club members for their achievements at its annual real estate event for customers, HomeGain Nation Live Real Estate Forum, on March 1, 2010 in San Francisco. Over 100 Realtor customers and industry community members attend the event to discuss real estate issues, strategies and concepts. You can follow on Twitter via search of #homegainnation.
