San Diego Realtors’ group to launch local listings site for all
The Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors just announced a strategic initiative to provide millions of U.S and global consumers easy access to PSAR member property listings online. The move is a member benefit, going live by the end of March.
First announced on the Sellsius Real Estate Blog, and touted as a first in San Diego, a highly-desirable residential and vacation destination, the new site will give PSAR’s 1500 broker and agent members additional branding and listing exposure at no additional cost to them.
All PSAR members will be able to selectively publish and update listings across Point2 Technologies’ syndication and re-syndication partner network with one mouse click. The network includes 40 high-traffic real estate portals and search engines, and almost 300 U.S. national and regional newspaper Web sites, including Oodle, Trulia, Zillow, Vast, Yahoo Real Estate, The Real Estate Book, The New York Times, EBay, Craigslist, Houselocator.com, and Mexico Buyers Guide.
“It is extremely rewarding for PSAR to lead San Diego County with an important initiative such as syndication, combining tremendous new benefits for PSAR members with heightened service levels for consumers looking for the help and expertise of a local Realtor,” said Mark Marchand, CEO, Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. “We are pleased to have chosen Point2 for this critical endeavor. Their teams took the lead on the project and made the process seem effortless.”
PSAR members will also have online access to traffic reports, lead capture, management and conversion tools. They’ll also be able to easily create their own Web site or blog through the Point2 technology on the site. PSAR has not yet revealed the name of the upcoming site.
