HomeGain launches single-property sites
An agent or broker who signs with real estate marketing firm HomeGain can now have a socially-shared website unique to any specific property for sale. The cost is$50 each.
With the help of software developer AgencyLogic, HomeGain now offers its real estate practitioners a URL specific to each property with the capability for unlimited text and links, video capability and capacity for 100 photos, unlimited changes, syndication to major search engines, easy submission to Realtor.com and Craigslist, customizable SEO, visitor statistics and social sharing via 300 social sites that include Facebook and Twitter.
“We are always searching for ways to help our agent members, and these single property websites are an excellent marketing tool for them to help sell their clients’ homes,” said Louis Cammarosano, General Manager of HomeGain, in the announcement. For more details see the HomeGain blog.
