Now, thanks to this industry team-up, consumers can look at any of millions of properties across the US, and assess whether or not the expense of buying, repairing and maintaining the house, condo or other property will exceed its rental potential, for instance.  They can find out about outstanding loans on the property, and its risk of fire, earthquake or crime.
