Nestoria launches in Germany
The U.K. real estate search engine Nestoria launched a German portal with more than 100,000 listings – following a long preparatory period which saw it signing cooperative agreements with seven German real estate portals, including the leading ImmobilienScout24.de and Immonet.de. More cooperatives are expected to follow in the near future. Apart from Germany, Nestoria also operates real estate search engines in Spain, the United Kingdom and Italy.
Ed Freyfogle, CEO of Nestoria, said in an interview that Nestoria does not crawl the Web to build its database, but rather has the data delivered to it by its partners. Nestoria carries no advertising – its only source of income are fees paid by partners for leads generated, said Freyfogle.
