Facebook sued for click fraud

Unified ECM, Inc., a Beverly Hills California-based document and records management firm filed a complaint today in U.S. District Court’s Northern CA district in San Jose. The allegation is that Facebook wrongfully charged for non-existent, fraudulent or invalid clicks. “Facebook represents that the amount the advertiser is charged will be based on the number of clicks it receives or impressions that are viewed,” according to the complaint published by DailyHerald.com. Unified ECM is seeking class action status for the suit.
