Unger ousted as CEO of Ringier

Christian Unger (44) handed his job as CEO of Ringier, Switzerland’s biggest media group, over to a colleague Marc Walder (46) and left the company. A Ringier media release said Unger “will be accepting new responsibilities”. A spokesman in Ringier’s communication department confirmed Unger will be looking for new responsibilities outside Ringier. He also said he can’t be more specific, because “Unger doesn’t know yet what he’ll do”. Continue reading
