NationalBLS opens up buyer prospect data via new API
NationalBLS, an online buyer listing service, just announced the release of its first Partner API allowing any partner access to interact with its National Database of Prospective Real Estate Buyers. While the firm won't name partners until April or later, the partner candidates are MLSs and real estate listing sites.
With the Partner API, National BLS partners will be able to provide access to prospective buyers and their requirements, at no charge except their revenue-share agreement for the partnership itself. All traffic sources will be tracked.
With more than 60 percent of sellers on NationalBLS not having listed their properties elsewhere, this provides buyers with access to the shadow real estate market.
“We offer a “your data in, all data out” model meaning as long as you submit data you have access to all our data in a protected format. This gives the consumer the optimal experience and offers the best monetization path for partners”, said Duncan Logan, National BLS CEO, in the announcement.
Here's a more detailed look at what's offered.
