Recruitment portal Jobing.com has relaunched its Web and mobile sites to include a new look and more resources for job-seekers.

New features include a newly revamped resume system, called JResume. Job-seekers can reformat and reorganize their resumes with several custom templates designed to improve their searchability by recruiters. Seekers can also create sitelets that allow them to share their resumes via e-mail, social networks and the like. The resume sites include optional password protection, should seekers require.

Jobing's new mobile site lets job-seekers apply directly to jobs via smartphone.
