Zoopla enters agreement on purchase of REA’s U.K. operations

Zoopla.co.uk, which bills itself as the U.K.’s fifth-most popular real estate classifieds site, has announced that it has entered into a heads of agreement with the REA Group and News International Limited for the purchase of their jointly owned U.K. operations, including the popular property portal PropertyFinder.
