Jack Ma, founder and chairman of China’s e-commerce colossus Alibaba, has criticized Google for its recent announcement that it may withdraw from the China market. Craigslist. Yet he acknowledged that no such agreement was written into the contract that made EBay a minority stakeholder in the classifieds giant.

Craigslist, which entered its second week in Delaware Chancery Court. “We didn’t want to select a party that intended to compete with us as a partner, shareholder and board member,” said Buckmaster.
