StepStone, the Norway-based global recruitment-solutions company, has bought Les Villages Emploi, a French company that operates four Web sites, including a job-aggregator board and three specialized job boards that cover technical, sales and administrative jobs.

The purchase is StepStone’s second in France since December and complements its French job sites and StepStone said it will pay €3.6 million in cash for Les Villages Emploi and make further payments in 2009 depending upon financial performance.
