The service is free for job candidates and by subscription to employers. Jobfox Intros moves high-match job seekers to the top of the resume stack. Qualified candidates are personally introduced by Jobfox so they can skip directly to the interviewing step.

The Jobfox Intros Team monitors all “5-Star” matches and assists candidates and employers in making rapid and convenient introductions, using an array of e-mail and text messaging services.

Jobfox’s matching technology aims to bring back the human element found in employment agencies and staffing firms. Candidates can also request employer introductions and check their status.

Jobfox says its new Intros feature also helps employers build employment-focused social networks made up of the best talent in the market. Top prospects are added to the employer’s My Jobfox Connections candidate network, which is dynamically updated with the most current candidate contact and career-progression information.

More than a million candidates visit Jobfox each month and nearly 2,000 companies now match candidates to job openings using Jobfox.
