The Telegraph Media Group is restructuring its recruitment team. Anne-Marie Worden has joined the Group from Haymarket as head of recruitment.

Alex Nickolay-Kell will take charge of the agency & consultancy teams while Zoltan Vagyoczky will be heading the client services team.

The new team is charged with creating multimedia solutions for engineering, construction, sales, manufacturing, oil and gas, purchasing and procurement, supply chain, defense and transport. Advertising will go across print, online, mobile and TV.

Online has been a good year for Telegraph. 2008 saw average applications on Jobs.telegraph.co.uk rise by 25 percent in the last quarter.

There were more than 533,000 unique users per month – up 100 percent from last year.

Telegraph.co.uk overall hit 22.9 million global unique users and 157 million page views.
