College students or anyone researching careers can hop over to ThinkTalk, a recruitment-oriented Web site which provides interactive video fodder for thought. ThinkTalk uses video to let students interview and talk with high-profile guests who have achieved success in their careers. The site is geared towards students, but the interviews are entertaining and informative for all career changers.

On the site’s home page today, for example, is an interview of Danny Boyle, director of the hit movie “Slum Dog Millionaire.” First, there’s an in-studio chat with the show’s host, Zack Sherwood, then several “on the street” questions from students at universities around the U.S.

The four-year-old company is the brainchild of president Stephen Clark who, while working for MSNBC, encountered high-profile guests who always took the time to chat with him about how they got their starts.

ThinkTalk originally distributed its programming direct to campuses. The site began streaming to the public in 2007.

In the works: A new channel called Recruitville, which will allow students to speak with recruiters via video. SMS, Twitter and Facebook are all part of the site’s social media mix.

The site also has a lively career blog:http://www.thinktalk.com/blog
