Italians spend lowest amount of time online in Europe

When you think of Italy, does an image of a leisurely afternoon in a bright piazza chatting with friends and playing cards come to mind? How about table of table of techies surfing and working on their laptops? Not so much?

You’d be right. Italy seems to be snubbing the worldwide move towards more time online. The country ranks lowest in Europe in terms of time spent online.
