Bilbasen.dk has developed an iPhone application. The application will help users to quickly get a mobile overview of the vehicle market and simplify their search for cars. A GPS tracker and integrated Google Map allow users to search for nearby car dealers as well as to plan a route to the nearest auto shop. The application also includes car news.
Bilbasen plans to launch further applications for other GPS phones.
Bilbasen was acquired by EBay in October last year as one of the first steps to strengthen the company’s focus on the classified business in Scandinavia.
