The beta version of Jobdaddy.co.uk was launched on January 11. Jobdaddy is a job search engine that aggregates jobs from job boards, agencies and employers across the U.K. The site also allows job search in India and Pakistan. According to a Web site statement, the site’s aim is to give job seekers a “one stop shop” when it comes to searching for jobs online in the U.K.
Jobdaddy’s interface is minimalist with two search fields (type of job and location). The site still had some kinks – jobs didn’t appear until well under the fold of the average 17 inch monitor. There were also several typos in the About Us page.
