Traffic at U.K. property portal FindaProperty.com’s has increased by 63.9 per cent since December 2008 and currently stands at a 2.8 million unique visitors, according to the company. That breaks down to just under 2 million uniques for home sales and just over 1 million visitors to the site’s rental properties.
Don’t get too excited just yet. The company points out that the increase may be more seasonal: December is typically a quiet month while January is much busier.
Nevertheless, the year-on-year visitor numbers are up by 11.9 per cent
