A new Web site from Mayomann Employment allows job seekers to upload video resumes. Job seekers can conduct inquiries for specific job titles, post and review their video resume, include their written resumes online, and check to see which employers have watched their resume or viewed their profile. The resumes are placed in a secure area and are only visible to employers who are looking for new employees.
Mayomann founder Mario Gedicke touted the new service as a way to combat “current economic conditions [which] dictate a change must occur based on the volume of unemployed candidates.”
Mayomann Employmen is headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and has representatives in Europe and North America.
