The international real estate aggregator, formerly known under the name Properazzi, has turned into a social network with high participation of users on different channels outside its Web site.

In Spain, Enormo Communidad has an own Twitter, Facebook, You Tube and Slide Share Web presences. The company uses these alternative platforms to communicate with its users.

The blog section on is also a novelty. Enormo sees the connection to social platforms not as a tool to gain more users but to gain users loyalty.

The company claims to be the world´s largest real estate aggregation portal with millions of property listings from real estate agents and property sites. It has listings from more than 50 countries, currently it enlists about 7 million properties in Spain and all over the world. Enormo was founded and is headed by Yannick Laclau, an entrepreneur and former McKinsey consultant. It is financial backed by Mangrove Capital Partners, based in Luxembourg.
