Too many splinters: Germany’s ad networks due for a shake-out

According to Interactive Advertising Bureau Europe, Germany has the biggest online display-ad market in Europe with 23 percent of total European online display-ad spend. But, the country’s online marketing sector is not a happy place. It is plagued by too many online marketers which built too many ad networks that have fragmented online inventory.
