CareerBuilder: 41 percent of laid off workers have found new jobs

Is the glass half empty or half full? A new CareerBuilder survey reports that 41 percent of workers who were laid off from full-time jobs in the last three months have found a new full-time, permanent position while another 8 percent found part-time work.
