It’s 2004 and Chris Testa has just started his career as a real estate agent in Columbus, Ohio. The housing market is booming. Web. 2.0 is emerging as the next big thing. And Testa spends a good bulk of his marketing budget on print ads.
Fast-forward to 2009.
“It’s changed so drastically how I spend my marketing dollars,” said Testa. “If I’m
