Dealix: Auto dealer miss phone sales opps 3/4 of the time

Automotive dealers miss sales opportunities that come in by telephone nearly three-quarters of the time according to a new study by Cobalt’s Dealix lead generation unit. This despite statistics that clearly indicate that phone leads have the highest close rates and the fastest turn around times.
