HGTV’s real estate portal FrontDoor.com has cut a deal to distribute its listings on local Web sites within Internet Broadcasting’s online network.

Internet Broadcasting is a media organization that helps local TV stations expand their news presence online. Internet Broadcasting’s existing partnerships include CNN, Cox Television, Hearst-Argyle Television, McGraw-Hill Broadcasting, Meredith Broadcasting, Post-Newsweek Stations, Scripps and Telemundo among others.

The deal was logical: FrontDoor is run by Scripps Networks Digital, whose Web sites include HGTV.com, FoodNetwork.com, DIYnetwork.com, FineLiving.com, GACTV.com, Recipezaar.com, HGTVPro.com, and Food2.com.

FrontDoor has 4 million for sale home listings. HGTV is seen in more than 95 million U.S. households.
