"It's all good news," said Eric Schmidt, Google CEO, in the search giant's Q3 2009 earnings call. Schmidt credited tight control over costs, combined with continued innovation in search and ads, as the primary catalysts for Google's 7 percent year over year increase in gross revenue, to $5.9 billion
