launches Vehicle Purchase Program

27 Oct 2009 just announced a 90-day test of its Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP). Rolled out in Kansas City, MO and Philadelpha, PA,  VPP is an online service that aims to streamline the process of trading in or selling an automobile with participating dealers. Through the program, sellers receive an offer for their vehicle rather than an estimate or range.
