Real estate site Trulia has had more than 30 million unique visitors in the last six months, an increase in property views of 90 percent and an 85 percent increase in buyer, seller and agent conversations in Trulia Voices. Winner of the 2009 Webby Award for Best Real Estate site, Trulia announced new site features:

    * New Open House management tool – easily add your open houses to Trulia
    * New agent and listing synch system  – Automatically associates agent listings with their accounts
    * New Client Listing Reports – Agents can send their sellers personalized weekly reports about consumer interest in their property
    * Trulia Mobile version two, for IPhone, with new search and filter functionality
