U.K. site for school posts aims to save £30m a year

Some 8,000 schools have already signed up to the new Schools Recruitment Service which offers a faster, more efficient application system to recruit all permanent leadership, teaching, and support staff. It hopes to save the school system £30 million annually – mostly from savings in time; administration; and the cost of re-advertising posts in national and local media.
