One in twenty Americans plan home buy, says survey

Only one in 20 U.S. adults plan to purchase a new home in the next year – one percent more than those who said they would back in June.  Most of these buyers will be under 35 years old; most will buy property in the South or the West. These are the results of a new telephone survey of homeowners and renters.
