Stuart Wolff, former CEO of Homestore (now Move.com), was convicted in 2006 of fraud, and sentenced to 15 years in prison and monetary penalties, only to have that conviction vacated in 2008 because the conflicted judge failed to recuse himself. AIM Group provided the details in February, 2009, when a hearing for a new trial date was set.

That trail will begin January 26, reported Inman News. One last attempt to postpone was averted, when U.S. District Court judge Gary Feess denied an evidentiary hearing request by Wolff’s new defense team.
