Baidu COO resigns, other exec changes, site hacked

Chinese Internet-search company Baidu just announced the resignation of COO Peng Ye effectively immediately for personal reasons. The company didn't name a successor.  In addition, Baidu promoted VP of business operations Haoyu Shen to SVP and senior director of business products Zhan Wang to VP.  The Wall Street Journal
