Anyone who thought that a groundhog couldn't sell real estate or bring in tourists to the local area hadn't considered Punxsutawney Phil, Pennsylvania’s world-famous weather-forecasting groundhog. Now, thanks to the efforts of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development, anyone with a smart phone can get  the legendary annual prediction by testing Groundhog to 247
