Chicago-based CareerBuilder CEO Matt Ferguson has been appointed to the board of directors of Echo Global Logistics Inc., which serves the transportation-logistics industry.
Echo (www.echo.com) provides freight- and shipping-management software to about 11,600 clients. It is also based in Chicago.
