HomeGain: U.S. home price outlook bleak

Real estate marketing firm HomeGain just released the results of its Q310 National Home Prices Survey. Of the more than 1,100 real estate practitioners and homeowners responding, 90 percent said that home prices in the U.S. would stay the same or decrease in the next six months. The survey was conducted Sept. 7-14.
