$500 mil, former Yahoo exec for Conde Nast

Advance Publications, parent of Conde Nast, has just announced that former Yahoo executive Andrew Siegel is to head up Conde Nast strategy and corporate development. To help him get this done Advance has sold Discovery Communications preferred stock – $500 million of it.  According to
